NEWS !!!!

I have got some exciting new !!! Now I am not preggo but to Shawn and I this is almost as exciting as adding to our family. I don't know when I will spill the beans. But I just want everyone to know we got some pretty exciting news today !!!

Is it snowing outside ?????

So the Kayden wants to go play in the snow in a diaper. Not that we have snow in Vegas but he was screaming till daddy put the snow boots on. He is also on the computer typing to some one. One will never know.

And talk about screaming today. We took him to the Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay today, We had been in the house most of the week and thought it would be fun to get out and do something. It was not nice enough for a park. He loved it. He walked around the whole place saying "fish fish fish " He says it with his tongue out so it sounds funny. He was also saying Shark. We stopped on our way home to get lunch. That was a bad idea. We put him back in the car and he screamed and scream and scream and well you get the point, So much he made him self sick. He has been a little bugger ever since then.



Also today I got a new hair cut and color. It is cute see

It is red on top and blond under neither . I really like it and am gonna try to keep it up. I know the red will get a lot lighter I am hoping not by too much.

I am going back next monday, We are gonna go to a lighter blond and I am gonna get some blond highlites in the front. I am excited.

I will also add I am not good at taking pics of my self.

Snow Boots

Picture this . Snow boots in Vegas with no snow.

Kayden found his snow boots my mom bought him while we where in CO for Christmas. He is insistent on wearing them around the house. SO mom I just want you to know they are not going to waste. He still wears them.

Also it looks like we are starting to get better. Kayden and I both still have lots of snot and I slept most of today. But I al starting to feel better. Shawn has been wonderful and has let me sleep and is taking really good care of me. Even went to the store to get him chips and soda. He is such a wonderful hubby.

On a side note cause I think it is funny. Kayden has having some dried fruit today. It was apples, Cranberries, Cherries, Pineapple and golden raisins. Every time he asks for more I good look at his little pile and he has eaten everything but the apples. I think it is funny. The apples are my favorite part and for him to pick though everything and leave those there. TOO FUNNY.

Soup

So last night as I was falling asleep I felt like my throat was on fire, Water was not helping as nothing else was eather. I slept good last night. That was nice. I have not slept good in a long while.

When I woke up this morning I could not talk. I had all but lost my voice. I decided I needed to take my sick butt to the Dr and see what was wrong with me. I called and was barely able to get in to see them as they are pretty busy right now. I then called Shawn and told him about my appt and asked him to come home so I would not have to take Kayden. The Dr says I have an upper respitory infection and I have bad allergy. How lovely for me. Shawn stay home for the second day to help take care of me and my monkey and is only working an hour tomorrow. That is the only thing I love about his office. They are good at letting him take care of me and not complaining.

So I took my progestone last night and today has not been too bad. Lets hope it stays this way.

Please forgive me for my spelling today I really don't care.

Dinner tonight will be yummy. I wanted soup as I am sick so I made up a BIG pot of homemade chicken noodle soup with onions, carrots and corn and lots of garlic. It smells and taste so good I cant wait for dinner.
Wish I could have all of you over to enjoy it with us.

Cant think of a good title for this one

So Shawn is moving out. Well I know he wishes he was.

I get to start taking progesterone. It is the worst thing in the world for me to take. It makes me more moody then normal. I freak out at little things, Think heavens Valentines day has passed and I cant flip out on him for wanting pancakes for dinner. Love you Sweetie !!!!

This is part of the stuff the Dr wants me doing in hopes of helping me get pregnant. I cant handle most of it but I really don't like this part.

We will see how we as a family do. It does not help that both Kayden and I are sicker then dogs. Shawn took today off work so that he could take care of us. How sweet of him.

I hope this is all over soon, A sick baby I can handle, Both of us sick is hard.

My poor baby

He is sick !!!

He has a fever that I can get to go down but then back up it goes, He has more snot then any one little boy needs and he has a cough that makes him puke, He is sleeping like crazy.

I have a little bit of it but he got his head, We went to the DR this morning and they said he get to wait it out that it should last at least 10 days, We are on day 3. Please pray for us that he gets better soon.

Other then that we are just taking it easy. Not doing anything this week.

Oh and looks like we get to do another round of the clomid. Please wish us luck. This sure is hard stuff getting prego again.

Updating and stuff

Ok so I have gotten really bad at this whole updating thing, I promise to get better !!!!

So where to start…

Shawn has started school, He is going on Tuesday and Thursdays and so far is doing really good, the name of the class is “The History of Rock“ Right up is ally. We decided that he should go back to school before me, 1. The AF pays for it and 2. I don’t want to go back right now. I need to decide what I want to go for first. With in a week or two of class starting he had a paper due on Irving Berlin. It was an interesting paper and my smart hubby got 100% on it. I was so proud. Also part of his class was he had to go see a concert; we took that as a chance to go on a date. More on that later, don’t want to jump ahead of my self here.
So Shawn is doing good, Work is well work for him. He is still trying to get orders out of here and well, well we are still waiting and hoping and waiting some more. You all will know as soon as we know. He also tests for Tech on the 28th of this month. Wish him lots of luck.

Kayden is doing good, He is getting so much smarter and it is sort of scary. I have been thinking of shaving his head. His hair is so thin that it is a little rat’s nest in the back and it drives me crazy, still thinking on that one. I liked him as a bald baby, but too bad he is really not a baby anymore. He is getting to be such a big boy. He got a burn on his finger the other week. I felt bad, Shawn was at school and Kayden and I where sitting down to eat some pizza that had just gotten out of the oven. As I was taking a bit to give to him he stuck his hand in my piece. I have never heard him scream like that and it last for almost an hour till he passed out. It is almost healed now and looks fine. The first couple of days were no fun. He has started saying more letters, number and colors. Why is everything blue??? He is coming up on two pretty soon, I can’t decide what we are going to do for his party, or if I am even going to do a party. I know bad mom. But he won’t know the difference. We will see. Not much else new with him. He is well he is Kayden and my child that should tell people enough.

Now on to me. Well I am just plan ol frustrated. As most of you know Shawn and I decided that we wanted to have one more baby, Easy enough you might think, Well not if you are me L The Dr decided that maybe we should try fertility drugs to help us along. This was our first cycle and I am not a patient person. I had to take a drug called clomid, I do not like that stuff, it makes my vision blur, Cramps and I get cranky. What a fun 5 days that was. I had top get blood work for and two other test. One to make sure that my tubes where open, let me tell ya that one hurt and then an US to make sure I had eggs. The good news is all the test came back good and wonderful so as soon as my body get is act together we should be having another baby. I will keep ya all updated on this. Other then that there is nothing else new with me. I am boring J

So on to our date – We decided that since Shawn had to go see a concert that we would use that time to go on a date. We had a wonderful time. We went out to Benhinas for dinner. It was good but don’t think we will go back, I have been to other Tepinaci places that I liked better, I want to go to one tonight for dinner cause it sounds so yummy, We will see if Shawn lets me. So after dinner was our concert, Shawn loves Heart so we went to see then. It is not really my type of music but Shawn had a good time and that is what matters. After the concert we went out to get a snack at the Cannery and then gambled a bit, something we don’t do often. HE lost all his and I walked out with 8 bucks more then I came in with. We got home to find Kayden was running a fever so that sort of ruined the night. He is doing much better today.

I have more to add but will leave it for another day.
